In the event of temporary unavailability of a product after your order has been placed, we will inform you as soon as possible by email or post. In the event of continued unavailability (1 month or longer), your order will be automatically cancelled and your bank account will be reimbursed the amount that was debited.

The goods will be delivered to the address you specify during the order process. The delivery times stated are the usual average times and relate to the time required for order processing and delivery. Lamurefavorite will not be held liable for any consequences arising from delayed dispatch. For items for delivery on different dates due to availability, the delivery time is based on the longest time. However, Lamurefavorite reserves the right to split orders for delivery. Customers will only be charged processing and shipping costs for one dispatch. You will be sent an email if this is the case.
